Sourcing & Procurement

• Liasioning of Sea Food Products between the Importer and Exporters Sourcing high quality Sea food products at competitive price.
• Identifying & developing vendors for the required product and negotiating with them for price, quality & delivery terms.
• Coordinating with the producers for timely & seamless receipt of the material.
• Maintaining healthy business relation between exporters and importers.
• Keeping update position of Aquaculture activities – harvest pattern, Sea catch shrimps, fishes, shell fish landing position, and keep good relation with the farmers, feed companies, suppliers and fisherman.

Operations

• Keeping close tab on Sea Food market movement and prepare periodic reports and statistics for our Principals.
• Interacting with the buyers (client) & keeping them informed on the status of running orders.
• Monitoring production online for specific value added products and general production.
• Monitoring finished goods before dispatch and conducting Quality Audits to ensure minimum to nil faults before shipping.
• Functioning as a single point-of-interface for coordinating with production & shipping departments and the buyer to ensure that the production schedule is met and ensure on-time seamless delivery of shipments.
• Overseeing the commercial operations and maintenance of requisite documents.
• Our company adapts a preventive strategy to minimize the risks of rejection and disappointment. And as flexibility is part of a good service, we also provide customized services tailored to our customers need.

International Marketing/ Business Development

• Identifying market segments on behalf of Importers for business development potential & cultivating relationship management with high value customers for enhancing the level of order generation; for Frozen Marine Products like frozen shrimps, fishes, Cephalopods, Crab and other seafood products
• New product development; obtaining approval for production sample and conduct price negotiations to firm up the orders. Interfacing between buyers and Exporters for facilitating smooth order execution and handling the entire business cycle from quotation to confirming the Deal.
